• All orders are shipped FOB Arcadia, California via UPS. (Postal Service will be subject to a $10 Handling charge.)
• There is an $150 minimum for all orders & re-orders. Orders below the minimum are subject to a $10 handling charge.
• We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• Only cash or cashier's checks are accepted on COD shipments.
• COD paid by company's checks will be shipped only if a credit card guarantee is given.
• COD tags will be placed on every package unless otherwise specified.
• Net 30 Days Term will be given only upon the approval from our credit department, which requires:
  • Three (3) verifiable credit references
  • A bank reference with telephone number, account number, and an authorization letter
• A $15.00 fee will be charged for every returned check.
• Defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
• No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.
